All amounts in euros, VAT included. For memberships the large price is the monthly reference figure; the amount actually charged per term is shown right below it, and the cancellation terms are in the FAQ below.
What Boost does
While boosted, your profile is shown to active users with priority — more views, likes and matches, for the duration you choose.
What coins are
The platform's virtual currency. Use it for extra Boosts and Gifts, completely separate from your Premium subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Lite (3 months), Classic (6 months) and VIP (12 months) renew automatically at the end of the term until you cancel — you can do that anytime from your account, and access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Lifetime and coin packs are one-time payments with no renewal.
How do I cancel the renewal?
From your Account, with a single button. You won't be charged for the next cycle, but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in full, within 14 days of payment. Email hello@fickjetzt.com from your account's address. Details in our refund policy.
What happens to my coins if my subscription expires?
They stay in your account. Coins aren't tied to your Premium period — use them anytime for Boosts or Gifts.
Can I buy coins without a subscription?
Yes. Coin packs are completely independent from Premium — a one-time payment, no subscription. Buy them anytime, with or without active Premium.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Payment goes entirely through Verotel. We never see or store your card number.
